WOW! We'd like give a BIG THANK YOU to Backwoodz Oddities Haunted House for donating 50% of their ticket sales - $1,215! - to Southern Ohio Survivors.
The Haunted House near the Ross-Pike County line attracted nearly 500 visitors this year over the course of its four-night run on October 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th. This is the fifth year of operation for the 4000 sq. ft. attraction (7000 sq. ft. when the surrounding outdoor areas are included) and their all-volunteer, 37 actor cast who wear no masks; only professional quality make-up and prosthetics. In previous years, Backwoodz Oddities has donated a portion of their ticket sales to the Huntington High School Drama Club, and the Daisy Scouts.
Plans are already being made for next year's haunt, so be sure to like their Facebook page and stay updated on what's to come!
