Beat Cancer Boot Camp (BCBC) is a unique exercise and social support program designed to empower and inspire people to take control of their own lives through exercise and group socialization.
Regular exercise can give EVERYONE the mental edge and self-esteem needed to take charge of their own health, and to AVOID diseases and illness.
- Haven’t exercised for a while?
- Getting older or have some health limitations?
- In great shape and want to keep that way?
Set your own pace and build strength and endurance a few minutes at a time. ALL LEVELS of fitness can be accommodated with three instructors to ensure your safety and address individual concerns.
The class is FREE to anyone in active chemotherapy, but you do not need to be a cancer survivor or have a chronic illness to join Boot Camp. Anyone can participate for $5 per class. Members of the Y or local fitness centers are also free to join.
